I am having an issue that I cannot upgrade the android version as I am stuck in Android 10.I tried restarting, wiping cache and factory reset and nothing happened.

XAA ist a CSC Code from the USA. This means that your device will have problem getting Softwareupdates.
You can try to connect the phone with your computer und launch SmartSwitch at your computer. The best case is, that it will start an update via SmartSwitch. The worst case, is that your phone wont get any updates although connected to SmartSwitch

I have updated my S21 Ultra to One UI 4 Android 12. And after that I cannot Force Stop any application on my device.
I also did a factory reset but it did not solve the issue.
