Esim issue!?

Hello, I ordered s24 ultra with Vodafone esim. And I did verification by 'my webID' (which was little bit different comparing to other verification app. In that app I just took my id card photo from both side and 3rd pic with my selfie. It all verification done by just photo without person or question answer.) 
Main question is I am unble to activate the sim card. While scanning the esim QR code. I get the error 'you're eating isn't ready yet. For more information, contact your service provider.'

Any one have any idea. How to activate or whom or how contact service provider

Maybe it takes a few days time till they unlock the the sim. I think they need the internal feedback that the device is delivered.
I got the same issues last year with the cyber weeks, I've ordered a Tab S9 ultra with eSim and the activation of the sim and unlocking is working after 3 days. The support told me be patient and it is in progress. Hope that is the same with yours.

This is not a Samsung specific problem.

Was veranlasst Dich ins Samsung Forum zu gehen wenn dort steht das Du Deinen Service Provider kontaktieren sollst? Vodafone erreichst Du über deren Webseite oder telefonisch.
 
*m:1f64f.png*, for a solution. If anyone had the same situation and did anything manuallyg by manually. That is why I asked. It was Sunday, not being able to contact the service provider. Normally they will take a lot of time. I think this site is made for this to ask or give any questions - answers.

I just part of community, where some people like me don't able to know extaly what to do or how to do. So I try to ask. Yes, question might be difficult or dumb or stupid. According to another person. For me I just try to ask help. You just simply avoid the question, in case if you feel not give answer.

Thankyou for giving the number. Apriciated. I try to contact vodaphone. Due to Sunday, of course no answer. Obviously, I will contact them tomorrow.

I am not arguing, just give your answer of Why.
