Hi, while having a shower the screen of the watch was locked through this waterdrop thingy. But suddenly the watch started rebooting. And thats almost 30min ago and its still rebooting. Screen and butttons do not react. Does anyone has an idea how to solve that?BR Corinna

Kontaktiere doch bitte den Support. Oder warte ein paar Tage bis sich die Feuchtigkeit komplett verflüchtigt hat und probiere die Watch dann wieder anzuschalten.
 
Danke! Die Uhr funktioniert halbwegs wieder. Nur das Display nicht... touchscreen am Hintern. Ich bin wirklich fassungslos wie man eine Uhr als wasserfest, wasserdicht mit ISO verkauft und sie es einfach nicht ist. Das ist der reinste Betrug! Zumal das Problem ja offensichtlich jeder Besitzer hat, was man so liest. SCHROTT SCHROTT SCHROTT
 
Habe auch eine Active 2 bei samsung mit Wasserschaden in der Reparatur. (gleicher Fehler)
Auf Nachfrage hieß es vor ein paar Tagen dass es sich um kein Fremdverschulden handelt, die Uhr aber nicht reparabel ist, und ich das in den nächten Tagen noch schriftlich erhalte, damit ich bei dem Verkäufer einen Garantieanspruch geltend machen kann. Was soll ich sagen, schriftlich kam was. EIN ANGEBOT ÜBER 156 EUR.
Bin sprchlos und stinksauer, vor allem weil am gleichen Tag meine Watch 4 geliefert wurde. Normalerweise müsste der ganze Kram incl. Flip 3 zurück.
