Hi I am asking here, because I dont know where to ask anymore. I have run against an invisible wall of the german support. Here is my story. My 65JS9580 developed a dark spot in the panel and also sometimes was not able to turn on anymore unless I pulled the plug for a short period of time. No problem I thought since it still was under warranty. I contacted samsung support via E-Mail and got an automatic response with a ticket number. Ok then after that nothing for four weeks. Then I called in, a german support guy took my data and refused to take the existing ticket number since he was not able to look into it anyway and opened another Ticket. After that nothing for another 3-4 weeks.
So next step, E-Mail contact again, again just another ticket and no answer.
No I am stuck in the no answer from Samsung loop, which quite frankly is absymal given the tv cost 6000 euros when I bought it. Is there anything else that I can do to get out of this lets ignore the customer loop?
Time is pressing since in about 6 weeks my warranty period is expired.
