Wenn Du in Deutschland keine Updates bekommst hast Du evtl. ein Gerät, das für ein anderes Land als Deutschland vorgesehen war.
Vergleiche mal den CSC Deines Smartphones über Einstellungen > Telefoninfo > Softwareinformationen > Anbieter-Softwareversion (letzte 3 Buchstaben) mit https://www.nextpit.de/forum/633914/samsung-galaxy-s5-zur-information-uebersicht-regionalcodes-csc-v...

(Einzustellen gibt es nichts. Lediglich kann auf beschriebenen Wege nachgeschaut werden, für welches Land Ihr Smartphone hergestellt wurde.)
