My brother canceled my S23 Ultra order.

Hello there. Hope everyone is doing fine. My order for the S23 Ultra has been canceled by my brother while doing a joke. I have received the phone and of course I wanna keep it as I have ordered it. So my question is: How can I cancel the return process? (As I said, I already have the phone and I'm keeping it.)

Probably, the only way of doing this is to call customer support and explain what happened. I'm sure they are able to cancel the return process.

You can take back the Cancellation...so you have to order it again

It seems to me he meant " return " , since he has the phone already. If anyone then support can reverse this.

Ah sorry misunderstood. I had the same with the watch one time. Customer service told me, that I just keep the watch and I don't have to do anything. As its paid already and if the product is not returned is fine

Thanks for the replies guys. I've been redirected to what seems to be a support email and I've told them what the problem is. Haven't got an answer yet. So I'll just go ahead and keep the phone for now and keep paying.
