My name is utkarsh modi and I am really sorry if I will be use harsh word but this is really serious issue . I am really disappointed with your phone quality and customer service. I purchased a Samsung s20+ phone in November 2020. As a first purchased with Samsung I was really cared about my device. I always used a back cover and glass on the screen. Suddenly, only after one and a half year like day before yesterday I am seeing only white screen without any outer damage. I am really frustrated about what should I do. I have been using so many devices till now. I have been also used Motorola but this type of thing never happened. I used that device for 5 years and when you buy the premium Samsung s series and this type of situation happens then it would be really frustrated. Even though I urgently called customer care and asked what should I do now. They suggested me go to the nearest customer care service and I went there today in the morning. Then I submitted my device and asked about another device. Because the guy told me that it will take 5 or 10 days and I do not have another phone . I again asked him that what should I do for next 10 days without the phone. It is really unbearable situation. When I talked with customer service on the phone that day of situation happened, he told me that you will get your device instantly after the reparation. But when I went today in the customer care, he told me it will take 5 or 10 days. I am sorry but it's my first and last time to buy a Samsung device. I won't use or recommend to others that buy a Samsung product. It's a really disaster.
