Hi Samsung team, I want to create this ticket because whatsapp web and whatsapp app for PC (windows 10) is causing me a lot of headaches. Once I block the phone i get the notification "Phone is not connected" while using whatsapp web. This is what I have tried without success: Settings > App > Do not optimize battery consumption. Setting > App > Network > Allow backgroung data ON, even with data Saver. Setting > App > allow all permissions Setting > Battery > Adaptative Battery > off
Does not matter if per Wifi or per Cellular connectivity.
USed LTE only, 5G, 3G EDGE and I am in Berlin so good reception is available. I have factory reseted the phone, formatted the Pcs (Work and Home), reseted the router, changed the WiFi password. I created a reddit topic where several people have the same issue.
