Hello,
I noticed something annoying with the Galaxy S21. When I scroll slowly in an app, you can see a wobble / lag / jitter / jump. I can reproduce the behavior on another S21 which has been reset. The behavior is also seen on an S10, which is not as extreme. It's not as noticeable if you don't know what to look for.
So you can see what I mean, I created a video. Pay attention to the button at the bottom right, which usually appears when you scroll backwards.

So I have the following questions:Is there any way to turn it off or reduce it?
What could be the cause?
Can't this be forwarded to a developer who can take a look at it?
I don't think it's appropriate for such an expensive device to have this kind of behavior.
