Hi, I have a samsung s22, I sent it under warranty 2 times, the first time it didn't turn on, it went into download mode by itself and I sent it to a Samsung service in Poland, they fixed it but they didn't glue the back cover well and scratched the frame several places, I reported the problem, they sent me a second time to glue the back cover well and change the scratched frame, but the surprise is the crisis or the workers are not paid because they painted the scratches and the cover was not glued, the phone is resistant to water, now I don't think there is any more.
How is it possible for a company as big as Samsung, the second in the world to build ships, military equipment and many others, to paint the phone frame, I can't believe it.
I really like Samsung products, all the ones I have from them is the first time I send something for service, but I think I will give up this brand and buy products from another brand that provides good service.
The online support isn't prompt either, it doesn't really respond, and when it does, it responds vaguely without too many details.
